Shipping

Orders ship from Houston, Texas, Monday through Friday. In-stock products leave within one business day of payment. Temperature-sensitive products ship with cold packs via expedited service.

Tracking is emailed when the order leaves. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit.

Returns and refunds

Because peptides are temperature- and handling-sensitive, all sales are final once a product has shipped. Products that arrive damaged or incorrect are replaced at no cost when reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older and that you have read the product information and disclaimers on this site. Product descriptions summarize published research and are not medical advice.

Wholesale accounts are invoiced per order; payment is due in full before shipment.

Privacy

We collect the details you submit (name, email, phone, company, message) only to respond to your request and fulfil orders. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except the carriers and payment processors needed to complete your order.
